What's it about?

Centuries ago we relied on natures store house for all the essentials of life. Today most of us forage through air-conditioned supermarkets and understand little of the edible possibilities offered by our woods, hedgerows and coastline and much of this knowledge is slipping slowly away. Our Wild Foods course resurrects this ancient wisdom for those interested in living from the land, supplementing their rations, or making an ordinary walk in the countryside literally an educational feast. To best explore the varied habitats we will be travelling by open canoes, powered boats and by foot and can promise a course you will not forget!

You may consider doing this course together with the Travelling Naturalist as an extended holiday?
